Training Programs
Choose from two muscle building and one cardio program. As a beginner you train at program 1 with 3 seconds impulse and 6 seconds break in between. After a few weeks, increase program 2 with longer pulse periods and shorter pauses. By increasing the intensity you continuously increase your training. Program 3 allows you to do cardio training with continuous impulses and easy movements in the field.

Roton Star Electrode Suit: The Perfect Fit
Roton Star works in combination with a full-body power suit that includes 6 pairs of electrodes. These are moistened before use. Agonist and antagonist muscles are always stimulated simultaneously. The impulse distributes evenly into surrounding muscle structures. The pulse of the arm electrode is felt to the fingertips. The Roton Star is the full-body training device for anytime, anywhere.
For the training with the ROTON Star you only need the Star Electric Suit and the training can begin. The suit with integrated electrodes allows a quick and easy donning. Due to the large size selection, the electrodes sit where they belong and stimulate the right muscles.
The fabric of the electrode suit is soft and flexible. For fine adjustment, individual electrodes can be added by pulling the substance. This is how the right muscles are always addressed. The suit can be washed on demand in gentle cycle at 30 degrees.
