A certified Body InVest Trainer will work with you to determine your fitness goals, and develop a training program that will delivery tangible results in less time, with less effort.

We recommend one to two sessions per week for the period determined to meet the goals set with your Body InVest coach. After that, you decide what makes you look and feel your best. Each session takes 30 minutes.

I was a high energy, hard-working, successful Music Producer and Event Manager based in Germany with extensive travel throughout Europe. I was strong, driven and on-the-go 24/7. I thought I would keep up this pace indefinitely until one day in 2005, I was rushed to the hospital for emergency heart surgery to remove a 90% blockage in one of my main arteries. I was only 42.

This was my wake-up call. I began a healthy lifestyle program, quit smoking and made the time to exercise regularly doing daily cardio and working with a personal trainer on weights and muscle development 3 times a week. In 2006, a good friend introduced me to EMS training. At first, I was really skeptical, it just seemed too good to be true, and my previous heart problems were a cause for concern. However, I gave it a try.

Within the first week, I could feel some major changes to my body. I was gaining muscle mass much faster than before. I had more energy and felt motivated and balanced than I had in a long time. Within 3 weeks, my shoulder and back pain disappeared, and I was looking good and feeling better. One of the benefits of EMS training is increased blood flow and improved circulation, which makes your skin look great and also helps maintain a healthy sexual drive that is often adversely impacted by heart medication.

I went from skeptic to believer. I am living proof that this technology and training system works. I’ve read all the amazing testimonials and studies that prove this is the fitness technology of the future. Imagine the benefits for aging baby boomers! As we get older, maintaining muscle mass is a challenge and dealing with our personal limitations increases.

This is why I created Body InVest. I want to spread the message and share the benefits across North America.
