Erika grew up in Kitchener, ON and was heavily involved in a variety of sports, predominantly dance and ballet. Contemporary School of Dance became her home away from home, and is where she first realized she wanted to pursue a career in the health and fitness industry. Kitchener is also home to the biggest and best Oktoberfest in the world next to Munich, Germany, and being German herself, it is one of her favourite festivals to attend every year!
Erika has a huge sweet tooth! Ice cream is her favourite treat and she has a major weakness for Peace Treats on Ossington!
Erika enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, and dancing. The best kayak trip she has taken was in B.C. with her younger sister around Galiano Island and Victoria. A few places on her bucket list are Iceland and New Zealand!
Erika believes training is not just a way of staying in shape, but it also provides a proper base to improve the way people live, tackle health issues, and allow individuals to enjoy various types of movements!
